A subscription is a service where you regularly receive products on a set schedule. With MuscleMail, you can subscribe to either CNP Whey or Per4m Vegan Protein. You choose your preferred delivery frequency—every 2 or 4 weeks—and enjoy consistent, high-quality sports nutrition delivered right to your door.

We offer two proteins for subscription: CNP Whey or Per4m Vegan Protein. When you choose one of these proteins for subscription, you can only change the flavour. You cannot remove the protein from the subscription, but you can cancel the subscription entirely.

However, you can add any other products to your subscription. Management of your subscription is available in your customer account.

You can change your delivery frequency by logging into your account and updating your subscription settings. Changes will take effect for your next scheduled delivery.

Orders can only be shipped on the 14th or 28th of each month.

Please note that you must place your order at least 4 days in advance. For example, if you place an order on the 13th, the earliest delivery will be on the 28th, not the 14th.

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Just be sure to make any changes before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
